Who we are

What we collect
- When you use our contact form or email us — your name and email address, and optionally your phone, company, website, the services, budget and timeline you select, how you heard about us, and whatever you tell us about your project.
- Technical data — our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested, time) for security and to keep the site running.
We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools on this website.
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and, if we work together, to deliver the project (contract or steps before a contract).
- To keep the website secure and available (our legitimate interest).
We never sell your data or use it for marketing without your consent.
Third parties
- Hosting and email providers — process data on our behalf under data-processing agreements.
- Social links — Instagram, TikTok and Facebook only receive data if you click through to them, or if you play an embedded reel.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don't lead to a project are deleted within 12 months. Client records are kept as long as Greek tax and accounting law requires. Server logs are kept for up to 30 days.
Cookies & browser storage
This website sets no cookies. It uses your browser's session storage for two strictly necessary, functional notes that disappear when you close the tab, and local storage for one preference:
trr-preloaded— remembers that the intro animation has played.trr-transition— lets the page transition finish smoothly between pages.trr-theme(local storage) — remembers whether you chose light or dark mode.
Because these are strictly necessary or set by your own choice, and contain no personal data, no consent banner is required.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, object to or restrict its use, and withdraw consent at any time. Email info@therecroom.gr and we'll reply within one month. You can also complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (dpa.gr).
Changes
If we change this policy we'll update the date at the top of this page.
